A weekend discussion was organised by ‘spark’ regarding the degrading culture and tradition of Kashmir. The event was held at Icy N Spicy restaurant in Sopore.

The audience comprising mostly of students excitedly participated in this event. Renowned singer Shafi Sopori enthralled the audience with his mesmerising art of singing.
“The main purpose of organising this event was to create a ray of hope for the survival of our culture. such programs are the need of the hour. We will remain determined for such events that will help the the society”, said a member of team Spark.
The guests on the occasion, were Shafi Sopori renowned singer and music composer, Rafi Ahmad Masoodi renowned educationist of Sopore, Muneeb ul Haq Editor of The Varmul Post, Sadaf Anayat from SRM Welkin Higher Secondary School, Shahid Malik, owner of Kathi Junction Sopore, RJ Sahil Muzzaffar of Prestige Advertising and Mudasir Kirmani of KK Studio.
The guests while addressing the gathering, appreciated the work of the Spark.
The program was supported by Ice N Spicy, KK Studio Color Lab, Kati Junction Sopore, SRM Welkin School and event sponsors were Sanctorum Public School, Prestige Advertisers and JD Xerox.

Later, participation certificates were distributed among the participants and mementoes were given to the guests.
