CRPF scores golden goal with Baramulla footies tour

A group of 32 football players from Baramulla met Governor of Karnataka State on Tuesday. The group is on a CRPF organised tour.

 

An official in CRPF in a statement issued to media  said that the footballers interacted with the Governor of Karnataka. He said that the Governor exhorted them to keep working hard and focus on their studies for their better future.

 

“Interacting with the youngsters, the governor impressed upon them the importance of education and appealed them to become good and responsible citizens of India.”

 

 

Group of footballers who are on tour told reporters that we are very happy to highlight positive things which we have seen here, they said that there are multiple opportunities for us and we would like to make use of them in our valley too which will make our future bright.

 

Commandant of 53 Bn CRPF Vinay Kumar Tiwari told this reporter that the interaction of footballers from this beautiful region with Governor and other officials in Banglore will help bring about a significant attitudinal awaking amongst them.

 

 

He said that 53 Bn CRPF Baramulla will not only assist the children of this beautiful area to become better citizens, but will also motivate them to assist in the overall development of the region and the country,” he added.
