Baramulla this Sunday got a new food joint – a venture conceptualized by two local lads. First of its kind food outlet, Lazeezo, boasts of quality and taste with their chefs coming from Dubai restaurants.
The restaurant was thrown open for foodies in a high-key inaugural ceremony by deputy commissioner Baramulla Nasir Ahmed Naqaash along with SSP Baramulla Imtiyaz Hussain and CMO Baramulla Bashir Ahmed Chalkoo, Sheikh Amir spokesperson youth congress, Abdul Wahid Head operations The Tribune besides other dignitaries from the town.
Lazeezo is an initiative of MBA grad Junaid Mohjoo who quit his job at Royal Bank of Scotland and Tanveer Bhat, restaurateur in New Delhi. These two friends teamed up to give shape to their dream project. Using the past experiences, they have done the interiors, in a unique way, of the place themselves
Deputy commissioner Baramulla, Nasir Ahmed Naqaash on the occasion appreciated the initiative and promised any sort of help from the administration to these entrepreneurs.
“It is good to see our youth coming up with there own start ups and stand on their own feet. We appreciate their efforts”, Deputy commissioner said after the inauguration.
Lazeezo is located in the heart of Baramulla town at Highway plaza complex opposite Jammu & Kashmir Bank TP branch on Srinagar-Muzzafarabad highway
Calling this venture a good step, Senior superintendent of police, Baramulla, Imtiyaz Hussain on the occasion said these guys not only created employment for themselves but they also generated avenues for other youth as well.
